Wedding at Westin..

Bluek... The wedding was like 2weeks ago and now only im posting bout it... =D I wouldnt... If the food werent SO FRIGGIN GOOD!!! Lol... I damn lazy now... So i shall juz list the menu and the highlights of the wedding dinner la har?!!

Okay... FOOD!! We had...

1. Westin Combination Platter which consists of : Crispy Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll with Prawn, Sesame "Law Tau", Fragrant Sliced Smoked Duck, Star-Anise Ginger Marinated Salmon.
   
2. Shark's Fin Soup with Melon, Dried Scallop and Shredded Seafood.
3. Steamed "Mouse Sea Bass" Hong Kong Style.
4. Roasted Chicken with Szechuan Sesame Peanut Dressing.
5. Pan-fried Tiger Prawns with Coffee and Fragrant Oat.
6. Braised Abalone with Hong Kong Kai Lan And Abalone Sauce.
7. Fried Rice with Assorted Seafood with Seaweed Jus and Asparaus.
8. Lemongrass Infused Red Peach Consomme Oolong Tea with Peach Sherbet.
9. Chinese Tea

The one other unusual thing that happened was... Err... They had belly dancers in the wedding. And guests were required to go dance along with them... No Sh!t!! I was like... WTH??!! But yeah. And even after the dancers left, some people were still shaking their booties on the dancefloor in front. TOTALLY WEIRD SIGHT!!! Seeing people in their late 20's and 30's dancing along to P.Diddy's Tell Me, Usher's Yeah!, Fergie's London Bridge...etc. Funkeh~~
